Yes, all Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC technicians are bonded and insured.   At Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC our technicians are company employees and are covered under general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Why is it important that a person who is providing service in my home is insured?

We want them insured so that if the technician gets injured during the job, they are covered under workers' compensation, and there will be no need to make a claim on your homeowner’s insurance policy.

How do you charge?

We charge by the hour for most cleanup work, by the cubic yard for trash-out services, and by the type of job for many things such as boarding up windows, changing locks, etc.  We have special “bundled” packages or ala carte prices.  Basically, our fee schedule varies by services requested/offered.   Contact us now!  We can meet you at the property to discuss your needs and our special pricing for you.

Can I get an estimate for my job?

We at Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC can appreciate your desire for an estimate.   We have found that in the time it takes to gather multiple quotes, Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC can have the job completed.  In most cases we can give you a good time estimate over the phone.  When the Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC technician arrives at your home to give an estimate, he will review the job with you to confirm the length of time needed to complete the job and then start working on your project.

Do you do photo documentation of the work you do?

Yes!  We will always provide before and after pictures for you!

How do you send your completed results?

Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC uses email to provide reports and digital photos to you.  We use a state-of-the-art program to email these reports and pictures to you.  P-cubed maintains an accurate reporting system to get information to you.  We consistently work to ensure reporting methods and procedures are compatible with your systems and needs.

What are your turnaround times?

Pinnacle Property Preservation, LLC prides itself in accomplishing some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.  We can complete property occupancy verifications within 24 hours, inspection and rekeying within 24 hours, and order completion within 3 days.
